According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, from the 27th May 2015 Letting Agents in England and Wales must display a list of fees charged to prospective Tenants. Our fees are as follows:
Up to two people our fees are £360.00 inc VAT, this comprises the following charges:
- Credit Checks £60.00 + VAT (£72.00 inc VAT)
- Right to Rent Checks £60.00 + VAT (£72.00 inc VAT)
- Employment & Landlord Reference £60.00 + VAT (£72.00 inc VAT)
- Preparing a Legal Tenancy Agreement £50.00 + VAT (£60.00 inc VAT)
- Admin Charge £70.00 + VAT (£84.00 inc VAT)
Total cost £300.00 + VAT (£360.00 inc VAT)
Please note Valley Homes do not charge renewal fees during a Tenancy.
Any subsequent tenants for a property will be charged at £60.00 inc VAT.
Valley Homes is part of The Property Ombudsman Scheme.
Valley Homes is not currently part of any client money protection scheme.
