We have always sold homes, but initially our sales service was provided purely for our Landlords who were looking to sell properties from their portfolio. We are pleased to be able to extend this service to the full marketplace.
We can provide very competitive terms, extensive internet exposure and a wealth of experience from knowledgeable staff with combined over 90 years in the property industry, to help guide you through what can sometimes be a stressful experience.
Initially we provide a Free Market Appraisal of your property, where we discuss marketing and your individual requirements. Depending on suitability of the property and your own requirements, a popular and productive way of selling can be with an Open Day or Open Weekend, in our experience it can often encourage interest and in turn can lead to early offers. If you are interested in style of marketing, our sales consultant will discuss it with you in more depth during the appraisal.
Once a sale is agreed we provide a proactive and experienced sales progression service. A sale can only move as quickly as the slowest person in it, but regular sales follow ups have often been proven to speed up the process, in some cases by as much as 2-3 weeks. This can prove to be vitally important particularly in these current changing times.
